Dry
casings ( sheep ): closed at one side, are
used for a large range of raw sausages .
Collagen
Casings: are used for a large range of cooked
- smoked sausages because of the high productivity and
optimal smoking.
Polyamide Casings: are an important
choice for coked sausages due to the low cooking loss
and high shelf life .
We have mono layer or multi layer casings , reels or
shirred , transparent or coloured .

Sheep
Casings are the highest quality small diameter casings
used for the finest in sausages such as: Bockwurst,
Frankfurters and Port
Sausage. These casings combine tenderness
with sufficient strength to withstand the filling, cooking
and smoking operations. Color varies according to country
of origin; color ranges from white to gray, but this
variation does not indicate quality, strength, capability
of smoke penetration, etc. Check with your casing supplier
for the best casing origin that meets your requirements.
